Long-term Contracts

Choose the option you prefer with a long-term contract to secure and sustain your assets throughout their lifecycle or with an on-demand service to match specific needs.

On-demand Services

We can support you whenever you need through the following services:

  • Spare parts: Easy access to spare parts is a key requirement when you are looking to maximize the uptime of your PV power plant from both and availability and budgetary perspective.
  • Commissioning: Schneider Electric has already commissioned over 10 GW of inverters for PV power plants so we have the experience you would expect from a trusted partner.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance: if you like flexibility but still want to benefit from our expertise and support; our customer care centers around the world are here to respond to your request and plant on-site intervention as needed.
  • Audits (inverter and site): to ensure the efficiency of your plant, our expert teams could bring you support to realize accurate diagnosis.
  • Schneider University: we train our field technicians for operational excellence in our worldwide competence centers.
  • On-site technical support: our global footprint with local experts are available to fix your technical issues on-site

Safety is our Priority

We ensure our experts have a full knowledge of safety rules

Sophisticated LOTO (Lockout-Tagout)

  • No live work allowed: Multiple LOTO points to isolate specific areas, creating a way to work on the inverter without full PPE Ability to access certain areas of the inverter without shutting down operation of the complete skid
  • Opening critical cabinet doors will trigger the inverter to stop power production

Access control

  • Password protection controls the access rights of users and field service engineers: All information is pushed to the Cloud for remote diagnosis and degradation monitoring (if the system is connected to the Cloud).
  • A safety form to ensure safe situations on site
